Squibb Coffee & Wine Bar: Historic Retail Adaptive Reuse

A vintage building was thoughtfully renovated to create a welcoming storefront coffee and wine bar designed for work, gathering, relaxation, and socializing. Working closely with the client and architect, the Cella team helped deliver a floor plan and aesthetic that balanced functionality with warmth and character.

The finished space features hardwood floors, abundant natural light, contemporary energy-efficient lighting, an efficient behind-the-counter workspace, and sleek display cases. Window bar seating and additional table seating throughout the venue create a comfortable environment for both casual visits and longer stays.
